The aim of this study is to analyze the Integrated Licensing Services Office Structur Bengkulu Province viewed from the aspect of complexity, formalization, and centralization.
Methods Research is Qualitative. The sample in this study were drawn from the elements of leadership and staff KP2T Bengkulu Province. Sample interviews in this study were taken from 4 and 3 elements of leadership and one staff person. The sampling technique porposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted through interviews with how repetitive and continuous between data collection and analysis, either during data collection in the field and after the data are collected. Data analysis was performed by three stages: reduction, Display, and inference and verification.
Structur research results kelambagaan KP2T Bengkulu Province in general is quite effective, is because of the existing three-dimensional, two-dimensional complexity and formalization which has been running effectively and one dimension that is centralized in its implementation has not been effective enough. Implementation of the complexity dimension has to work effectively, the implementation of effective dimension has formalisas, and Implementation of centralization dimension in Bengkulu Province yet effective.
Suggestions echelons research on medium for decision-making authority may be given to support a policy of strategic policy in the organization, need to be clarified and emphasized the duties and functions of each field and sub-field as outlined in the form of a decree agency heads, and the necessary education and training to improve employee competence and skiil accordance with their respective duties.
