BENEFITS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT STAFFING AGENCY AREA PROVINCE BENGKULU

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe and analyze the benefits of education and training in improving the working knowledge, skills and understanding of employee work BKD Bengkulu Province. In order to obtain answers to the problems, in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The amount of sample to be taken all employees BKD Bengkulu Province totaling 76 people (not including the head of the body) are taken to the census technique. To informant interviews taken as many as five people with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method using statistical techniques frequency analysis, average and percentage. The goal is to know the average perception of respondents to variable and qualitative research with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. Respondents’ perceptions of research results Benefits Job Training For Improved Pengetetahuan well, an increase in the category Vocational good, and good understanding of the Working category. To employees to continue to improve pengetahuanya, keterampilanya and understanding of the job, such as knowing the task of the field in which they work, menjalain good communication in the implementation of tasks and can memahmi brackish duties and functions of each.
