The purpose of this Research is to determine the effect of Role Conflict, Work Stress and Ethical Decision Against Women Employee Work Performance at Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. This research is causality study. The study population are all women employees of Bengkulu Provincial Health totaling 102 people with the details of Community Health Sector as many as 13 people, 21 people P2PL Sector, Healthcare Sector 24 people, 12 people SDK Field and Secretariate totally of 32 people. This study was census method. Quantitative analysis techniques using SPSS with Multiple Linear Regression testing was used. The results indicate a role conflict, job stress, and ethical decisions significantly affect employee performance at Bengkulu Provincial Health Office.
