This study aims to determine course selection, training and employee performance in BCA Tbk PT Main Branch (KCU) Bengkulu.
This research is a descriptive research. The sample in this study amounted to 43 employees with census method. While informant interviews taken as many as 5 people consisting of: Head of Front Linner, Head of Back Office, Chief Accounts Officer, Head of General and Head of Credit. Porposive sampling method used.
The results showed the program selection, training and employee performance in BCA Tbk PT Main Branch (KCU) is quite good.
